Honey Lavender Butter

My personal favorite on warmed scones or biscuits.

Ingredients: 2 sticks of butter softened +¼ cup of honey +1tsp culinary lavender.

Using a mixer – whip the ingredients together

Spoon onto parchment paper, wax paper or plastic wrap – Form into a log and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

I also like to fill small ramekins and then refrigerate.

If you prefer whipped butter – you can add ½ cup of whipping cream to the mixture and beat on high – store in a jar for about 5 days.
