Herbs de Provence – DIY

Use only dried ingredients – leaves and seeds

Crumble whole leaves and mix all the herbs together. You can use a mortar & pestle. We prefer a grinder mill. – see below- Add a pinch at a time. Nice seasoning for poultry, seafood, and sauces.

You can also make wrap a small bundle in cheesecloth to create a bouquet garni for soups and stews. Be sure and squeeze when you remove

Disposable Tea bag Filters are also an easy substitute for traditional cheese cloth
