Lavender Elixirs

Lavender Elixirs are made from culinary lavender and water. Fill a teabag or a mesh tea infuser with culinary lavender, and add to boiling water to steep – the same way you make a cup of tea.

Elixirs can be enjoyed warm or cold and are sometimes referred to as tonics. Donโ€™t add extra lavender – stay with 1 tsp for best flavor – too much lavender can taste like soap ๐Ÿ™
