Lavender Elixirs are made from culinary lavender and water. Fill a teabag or a mesh tea infuser with culinary lavender, and add to boiling water to steep – the same way you make a cup of tea.

Elixirs can be enjoyed warm or cold and are sometimes referred to as tonics. Donโt add extra lavender – stay with 1 tsp for best flavor – too much lavender can taste like soap ๐

Lavender/Ginger Elixir
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
1 tsp culinary lavender
8 oz of hot water
Honey to Taste
Bring Water to boil
Add lavender teabag/infuser and ginger.
Simmer for 15 minutes
Then let steep for 15 minutes
Remove Tea Bag/Diffuser
Slowly Add Lemon Juice & Honey while stirring. Enjoy while warm
Honey/ Lavender Elixer
1 cup of water
1 tsp culinary lavender
1 cup of honey
Bring water to boil
Add Lavender Tea Bag/Infuser- Simmer for 15minutes
Steep for 15 minutes
Remove tea bag/diffuser
Add Honey slowly while stirring.
Let cool –
Add Seltzer, Sparkling Water or Prosecco
Warm Lavender/Almond Elixir
1 1/2 cup of almond milk
1/8 tsp ground turmeric
1 tbsp Culinary Lavender in Tea Bag/Infuser
2 TBSP Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Cinnamon Stick
In a pan heat almond milk with lavender tea bag/infuser – and turmeric to almost boiling.
Remove from heat and let it steep 10 minutes
Remove tea bag/infuser
Add maple syrup and vanilla
Stir with Cinnamon Stick and Enjoy Warm.
